Mash potatoes: agria potatoes, olive oil, seeded mustard, salt & pepper

Braised red cabbage: orange juice, red wine, seeded mustard, sugar

Gravy: Chicken stock, pan juices, white wine, apple, maize cornflour,

    Served with Cajun kumara bites, butter bean & corn puree & red wine beef jus.
